There are a variety of reasons why you may not be able to renew an item.
1. The item has holds. You'll need to return it to let someone else read it.
2. You have too many other items overdue. The system won't let you renew online but library staff can most likely do it for you. Call or email us: 904-620-2615 or email@example.com.
3. You've had the item for one year. If you've had the item for more than one year you will need to bring the item back to the library. If there are no holds on the item, we can check it in and then back out to you.
