For older papers, you'll need to visit us and have a look at the microfilm collections we have on the 3rd floor. We have access to articles from the Florida Times-Union that cover the 1901 Jacksonville fire. We also have the Florida Metropolis on microfilm for that time period, as well as the New York Times which might have had articles about the Great Fire. We would be happy to assist you using the microformat reader/scanners from which you can create a PDF of any article you find. Just visit the 3rd floor and ask for assistance at the Periodicals Desk.
You may also want to check out our holdings using OneSearch.
