The UNF Library is currently undergoing renovations on the first and second floors to complete a new Library Learning Commons. The purpose of this project is to foster student learning and engagement through a suite of services, technologies and study spaces.
Construction on the new Thomas G. Carpenter Library Commons began Monday, Nov. 17. Most major construction took place during the winter break in late December, early January. For early Spring 2015, there will continue to be some construction noise on the first and second floors while carpet is replaced, walls are painted, and conduit and electrical cables are installed to improve Wi-Fi and increase electrical outlets. The third and fourth floors are always available for a quiet study option. Contact Lisandra Carmichael at (904) 620-1530 if you have any questions.

Progress photos of the project can be found on the UNF Library's Facebook page.
