Patrons who are not associated with the University of North Florida must complete the Application for Borrowing Privileges (available at the Thomas G. Carpenter Library Information Desk) in order to receive a Special Borrower Card.
As noted on the form, the following information must be provided:
- Name
- Birth date
- Email address
- Street address
- Phone number
