We have scanners on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors you can use to scan your documents. The documents will automatically save under the Pictures folder. You can keep this document in a few ways. One way is to open your email, create a new message, attach it to your email and send it to yourself. You can also save to a USB flash drive or to cloud storage.
