There are several ways to search for a specific article.
Search OneSearch for the full title in quotation marks to bring it to the top.
Search for the journal title by clicking "Publication Search" to the right of the OneSearch bar. Enter a journal title in the search bar for a list of results. Select the one that indicates coverage for the year(s) or issue you need, and under "View Online - Full Text Availability" choose a database. Then select the year/month/issue that corresponds with the article that you are searching for.
If we do not have the article, you can search the article title in the WorldCat database and request the article through Interlibrary Loan (ILL).
