If your UNF password isn't working, here are some questions to ask:
- Are you currently enrolled? (If not, your access to online features will be limited - please contact lib-cadm@unf.edu or call 904-620-2615 to ask about the status of your account)
- How long since you last changed your password? (Contact ITS to reset your password)
- Does your password have any of these characters in it? + # % & (Special characters are depreciated, so you may have to reset your password)
- If your account is locked, you need to put in a ticket with ITS (see contact information below).
