Check to see which printer is set to default. You will need to select if you're printing black & white or color. Or, print the item again and change the printer to library-aux (make sure it doesn't say "color") and get it from the closest printer station.
Also, make sure you are logged into the computer you are using with your own n# and password. If you sat down at a computer that was already logged in, you will be printing under another n# and you will be unable to identify it from the printer.
