For older papers, you'll need to visit the library and look at the microfilm collections located on the 3rd floor. The UNF Library provides access to articles from the Florida Times-Union that cover the 1901 Jacksonville fire. We also have the Florida Metropolis on microfilm for that time period, as well as the New York Times which might have had articles about the Great Fire. We would be happy to assist you using the microformat reader/scanners from which you can create a PDF of any article you find. Please ask for assistance at the Information Desk located on the 1st floor.
