Both students and faculty members can get help for Canvas directly in Canvas.
For students:
Canvas support:
If you are a student having problems with canvas please open your Canvas portal, click on the "Help" button on the blue side menu. Next, choose to either reach the Canvas Support team by the "Canvas Support Hotline (Student)" or chat online with "Chat with Canvas Support (Student)".
IT Help Desk support:
If you are a student having problems with your UNF login account or other IT problems, please click on the "Help" button on the blue side menu. Next, choose to either submit an online ticket to the UNF Help Desk or call the UNF Help Desk
Canvas support:
If you are a faculty member having problems with Canvas, please open your Canvas portal, click on the "Help" button on the blue side menu. Next, choose to contact the "Canvas Support Hotline (Faculty)" or "Chat with Canvas Support (Faculty)."
ITS Help Desk support:
If you are a faculty member having problems with your UNF login account or other IT problems, please click on the "Help" button on the blue side menu. You can call the UNF Help Desk or submit an online ticket to the UNF Help Desk or call the UNF Help Desk.
